FAQ
Questions people will ask before trusting a portfolio tool.
The product story is strongest when it stays direct: what Vesto tracks, what it does today, and what still depends on the next pricing layer.

What does Vesto actually track today?
The current product brings together currency, gold and jewelry, crypto, and stock positions into one portfolio view.
Is Vesto only for digital investments?
No. A core part of the idea is putting physical savings and digital positions next to each other instead of keeping them separate by channel.
What happens if live pricing is missing?
Users can update prices manually. That keeps the portfolio readable while a richer hybrid market-data layer is still in development.
Why does transaction history matter so much?
Because a single total number is not enough. Users need to see the buys, sells, and price edits that produced that number.
Can records leave the product?
Yes. The underlying model is already designed around exportable portfolio and transaction data rather than permanent lock-in.
